How does Kumo handle timezones for timestamp values?

Kumo timestamps are not timezone aware—the platform assumes that all timestamps have all been converted to the same timezone, prior to loading into Kumo. For example, if an input timezone is loaded in EST (i.e., an EST timestamp value is passed for the prediction_time), the prediction_time will also be in EST.
