Description
Corresponds to the SQL NOT LIKE operation, which matches <expression> with <value> using % as a wildcard. This functionality can be replicated using the STARTS WITH, ENDS WITH, and CONTAINS operators. <expression> can be <table>.<column> or AGG(<table>.<column>, <start>, <end>).
This operator can only be applied to text columns.
